My computer used to lose connection to the internet frequently at random times. Well, one day my cousin was using the computer and he went to diagnose and repair which is found by clicking on the little computer icon in the bottom right of the screen which tells you the status of your internet connection and he clicked on the "Automatically get new IP settings" thing and it fixed it. Well, tonight my computer once again lost connection and this time when I clicked it, it didn't work until I shut down the computer three times and on the third time I got my connection back when I clicked on the "get New IP settings" thing. What I want to know is why did it only resolve the problem on the third try after I re-started the computer 3 times and also reset my modem 3 times!? All Help Appreciated! Thanks!

So I was being totally retarded the other night and going through random websites and suddenly my computer was infected with some kind of virus thing with spyware and whatever. I don't know what's wrong with my computer, so I try to go to system restore, but system restore is infected and I can't restore anything :c. I just got a pop up telling me that spyware is infected or whatever. What's that mean and how can I fix it :c... I'm like freaking out :'c.

My laptop recently got a virus on it from windows and there was no way of fixing it so i had to wipe the computer clean. The people at the computer place backed up all my stuff. SO i have my computer now and i havee all my documents and pictures. I dont have all my programs that i had, like itunes. So my itunes got wiped and i need to know did i lose all my music that i had on it. In the backup folder there is a sub folder for itunes but since it is not on my computer i cant access it. If i download it will all my music be there Please can some one help answer my question !
